Description: The client, Penny Dellinger, is a beautiful young college student staying in Yorknew City. Recently, she has become the victim of theft. The items in question were various articles of her underclothing, most notably, several pairs of her panties. After having little success with going to the police, she has requested that someone find this man and bring him to justice, and, if possible, retrieve her underwear. The means by which they achieve this is entirely up to the person taking the request. It should be noted that while Penny is all for the idea of roughing him up to teach the thief a lesson, she insists that he should not be permanently injured. The thief will try to escape using any possible means before making attempts at resistance. His average skill rank is one, while his speed is rank two.
