Description: Ken attacks with a series of well-placed attacks, striking multiple times in the exact same spot in order to maximize damage and force feed electricity into the wound in short, high voltage high amperage, dark black electric pulses. Meant to be an assassination technique, the strikes often appear as only one or two hits when the number of actually attacks can be upwards of twenty. The damage dealt is equal to speed+2xaura spent.

Might need some kind of slight toning down on the damage, but not exactly sure how without breaking the whole point. Also, being electricity, it could have theoretical damage for paralysis checks, as a suggestion. That might actually be enough of an adjustment to damage as well.
