Please re-read the part about Techniques in the
Nen Rules.
With this the Minimum Damage of a Technique is also removed from the Template. This value now is equal to the value of the Linked Attribute and can be enhanced with spending additional Aura on a technique.
All already existing Techniques will be edited by me to fit the new Template.
At the same time the
Skills Template has also been adjusted.
